Eligibility
ClothesSuck covers clothing-optional and naturist places, events, and travel. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit content. The directory information itself is available to any visitor, consistent with the informational, non-explicit nature of the content.
The information we provide
Listings on ClothesSuck are compiled from official sources, direct outreach, and corroborated firsthand accounts, and every listing shows a verification status and last-checked date. Even so, businesses, venues, and events change — hours, access policies, ownership, and operating status can shift without notice. We do our best to keep listings current, but we can't guarantee that any listing is accurate or complete at the moment you view it, and we recommend confirming details directly with a venue or organizer before traveling.
Not a booking service
ClothesSuck is a discovery and information resource. We aren't a party to any booking, membership, or transaction between you and a listed place or event, and we aren't responsible for the conduct, policies, safety, or services of any third-party venue or organizer.
Accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of information you provide. You agree not to use an account to impersonate someone else, to submit false or misleading listing information, or to attempt to circumvent rate limits or review processes on submissions.
User submissions
Where ClothesSuck allows members to submit new listings, corrections, or other content, you retain ownership of what you submit, but you grant ClothesSuck a license to publish, edit, and display it as part of the directory. Submissions are reviewed before publication and may be edited, rejected, or removed at our discretion, including listings that don't meet our verification standards or that violate these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use ClothesSuck to post or share sexually explicit material, to harass or endanger any person, to scrape or bulk-extract the directory's content, or to attempt to interfere with the site's normal operation or security.
Affiliate and sponsored content
Some outbound links on ClothesSuck are affiliate links, and some listings are sponsored placements. All are labeled. See our affiliate disclosure for details. Sponsorship doesn't change verification status or organic ranking.
Disclaimer of warranties
ClothesSuck is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing, and we disclaim liability for decisions made based on information found on the site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClothesSuck and its team aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your visit to any listed place or event.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. We'll update the date at the top of this page when that happens.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClothesSuck operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
